Melissa Eggleston is chief deposit officer and executive vice president at nbkc bank, Kansas City, Mo. She joined the bank in 2016 to lead the creation and execution of a nationwide digital banking platform for consumers and small businesses. As part of nbkc’s executive team, Eggleston works to form strategic partnerships and investment opportunities with a variety of fintechs across the country. She has spent more than 16 years in community banking, serving in various leadership roles focused on strategy, customer service, business development and team building. Eggleston is most passionate about delivering impactful strategic change to meet company objectives and disrupting traditional banking practices.

I oversee media, marketing, sales, and consulting at 11:FS, BBA's Consultancy of the Year and one of the FT's Leading Management Consultants for the last two years. We believe that digital financial services is only 1% finished. We're here to figure out the remaining 99%. We work with financial service companies to help them deliver the next generation of truly digital propositions, services, and technology.

Dean has devoted most of his career to delivering digital financial experiences that delight users. He has served in both product and development leadership roles while working at both banks and FinTech companies for more than 15 years. Dean joined Q2 in 2018 as the Vice President of Product Marketing at Q2, where he works across the organization to launch digital products that change the way consumer and business users interact with financial products and services. He plays a key role in establishing Q2 product strategies that are aligned with market needs and assuring that Q2 products exceed the expectations of both the financial institutions and the customers they serve.

Jason co-founded one of the world’s first neo-banks (PerkStreet Financial), paving the way for a new breed of digital-only banks and partnerships between incumbent financial institutions and startups. Jason was previously the head of innovation for First Marblehead where he spearheaded the move beyond lending, launched new products and integrated innovative technologies including the first moves into social media.
He is also the creator of FinTEx.org, a not-for-profit expanding the Midwestern fintech cluster, and a global investor & advisor in fintech. He began his Engineering studies at the United States Military Academy at West Point and graduated with an A.B. in Engineering & Material Sciences from Harvard.

Corey LeBlanc is a catalyst for CX advancement in the banking industry and a steadfast advocate in the mission to transform small business banking. He is COO and CTO for the newly formed Locality Bank IO, a community bank with a vision to solve the problem of capital allocation for small and medium-sized businesses through being a relationship-based, multi-channel, comprehensive business resource. Bob Moesta is one of the principal architects of the Jobs to be Done theory and founder of The Re-Wired Group. Since developing the Jobs to be Done theory the mid-90s along with Harvard Business School Professor Clayton Christensen, Bob has continued to develop, advance and apply the innovation framework to everyday business challenges.
A visual thinker, teacher and creator, Bob has worked on & helped launch more than 3,500 new products, services and businesses across nearly every industry, including defense, automotive, software, financial services and education, among many others. He has started, built and sold several startups.
Bob is an entrepreneur at heart and engineer & designer by training. He started out as an intern for Dr. W. Edwards Deming father of the quality revolution & worked with Dr. Genichi Taguchi extensively. In Japan, Bob learned first-hand many of the lean product development methods for which so many Japanese businesses, including Toyota, are known.
A lifetime learner, Bob holds degrees from Michigan State University, Harvard Business School and Stanford University. He has studied extensively at Boston University’s School of Management and at MIT School of Engineering. He is a fellow at the Clayton Christensen Institute and is a guest lecturer at the Harvard Business School, MIT Sloan School of Entrepreneurship and Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.

Allison Netzer navigates growth for brands and businesses through the lens of data and a resolute customer focus. It’s a perspective she’s gained through a 20-year career in cross-functional roles at highly successful enterprises, beginning in sales leadership at Dell, transitioning to high-profile marketing responsibilities and ultimately becoming an essential voice in corporate strategy development.
At Dell, she led the global organization that framed and implemented the vision for the next generation of Dell.com. As senior vice president for strategy and marketing at Kony Inc., she worked with and struck what would become a lasting professional partnership with Nymbus CEO Jeffery Kendall. While together at Kony, the company’s digital banking division. grew 500% in two and a half years before it was acquired by Temenos in 2019 for $580 million.
At Nymbus, Allison is part of a deep bench of senior executive talent driving a well-timed disruption in digital banking, helping banks and credit unions push through limitations of legacy technology and thinking to drive innovation and achieve extraordinary growth.
Steve Robert is the co-founder and CEO of Autobooks, a Detroit-based integrated receivables and payment platform for small businesses. Autobooks helps Financial Institutions become a digital destination for small business owners, providing a back-office experience to manage customers, send invoices, pay bills and do accounting – all from within existing digital banking channels.
Prior to Autobooks, Steve was the technical co-founder and CIO at Billhighway, an integrated payment and accounting solution provider to large membership-based organizations, including unions and organized labor groups. Billhighway grew to support millions of users, processing billions in transactions before being acquired by BluePay/First Data in 2016.
Steve is an accredited investor and actively speaks and writes about business, technology and entrepreneurship. In 2012, he was invited to the White House to be part of the historic signing of the Jumpstart Our Business Startup Act (JOBS) by President Obama through his community involvement with Startup America.
Head of Credit and Decision Science
Omar Shaikh is the Head of Credit and Decision Science at StreetShares. Shaikh has an impressive background in the industry starting with Citibank and AMEX, where he led credit risk management for business lending and credit cards. Additionally, Shaikh managed credit risk and built a credit risk infrastructure through the mortgage crisis at Fannie Mae. During his time at OnDeck, Shaikh automated credit decisioning, the credit policy and portfolio management.
Ron Shevlin has been a management consultant for more than 25 years, working with leading financial services, consumer products, retail and manufacturing firms all over the world. As director of research at Cornerstone Advisors, Ron calls on his analytical acumen to author a variety of corporate and commissioned research reports.
